Have you been informed of difficult behavior for grooming?

Occasional muzzling for nails or drying as long as the muzzle is safely staying on and the dog has no health issues , grooming can be continued . If dogs can not be muzzled safely then Golden Paw Mobile Spa has the right to refuse service and make a recommendation else where .

Golden Paw Mobile Spa does not groom Agressive dogs. Owners are required to disclose.

You are required to inform us of any previous aggressive behavior your pet has shown, especially if they have previously bitten a prior groomer, veterinary staff, or other person. In the event your pet demonstrates aggressive behavior, you may be subject to an additional Aggressive Pet Fee or Golden Paws Mobile Spa may cancel or end the groom before the requested services are completed. These pets require greater care and attention and the length of time to groom your pet may fluctuate. The Aggressive Pet Fee may vary depending on the care needed to groom your pet and the level of aggression your pet demonstrates. Read more About Aggressive Behavior under FAQ’s If a dog exhibits aggression during the groom process, grooming will be halted and will be charged for the full service . Dogs with aggression ( reactive, snapping , growling , lunging will be best groomed at a vet sedated or a groomer specializing in behavioral issues)

Pet Grooming Release Form & Policies & High Risk Pet. Once appointment has been made owners are required to E-sign through our scheduling app before services begin. I encourage owners to read through before our appointment

Card on file, 24 hr cancelation policy & No call no show

We require to have a current card on file. We must receive notice before 24 hours of your appointment. A $60 fee per dog will be taken in the even of not canceling with in that time. A 48 hour appointment reminder is sent out in advanced. If we arrive to your address after confirming appointment and you have forgotten to cancel or there is no one at home with out a Latch key service in place. Includes day of canceling, Full charge of pets appointment will be charged.
