  • If you are requesting a quote please refer to my Pricing page as it will be a general guide. Please keep in mind my prices are for dogs on a schedule.

  • I am accepting clients on a limited basis depending on availability. Bookings for an appointment could be a few weeks out, as rescheduling and cancelations do happen does open up appointments week of.

  • If your interested in our services we require Breeds who require haircuts (example doodles, poodles, shihtzu’s of the like) to have their pups on a schedule for 8 weeks or less.

  • For other double & smooth coated Breeds I recommend a 8 week or less schedule . But don’t require it. Prices will reflect time care and attention for amount of work as time goes beyond 8 weeks or less.

  • I personally recommend every 4 weeks. Reason for that, dogs are seen on a more regular basis an be seen to help keep their skin and coat fresh as the skin cell cycle is refreshed every 21days , identifying health issues when seeing on a regular basis groomers have been known to see something of concern and help catch life threatening issues. As well as dogs know grooming as apart of life.

  • Dogs with skin issues benefit from frequent baths to help their skin conditions. Our products are designed to really make a difference for dogs with skin issues .

  • All new clients dogs must weight 85 lbs or less . As I don’t have a helper with me during the appointment I do need dogs to be able to not be resistant or not cooperative with getting on the table and into the tub.

  • Puppy owners - for pups 6 months and under, I require them to have 1 appointment first as a puppy intro groom, generally to get them slowly introduced to the grooming environment, as it is quite stressful for pups and getting them used to grooming and having a good schedule sets them up for success .. Depending on how they react then we can move forward to a haircut or may have to do a few more intro grooms to get them slowly progressing towards it.

  • I am a couple weeks out for scheduling but cancellations do happen and happy to add you to my list.

Deposit

At this moment I don’t require a deposit for new clients .


For new clients:

  • A credit card is required on file per our cancelation policy. We have a 24 hr cancelation policy.

  • New clients are required to read our policies prior to services.

  • I require owners to be home during the first few appointments.

  • For latch key appointment I require an agreement with owners prior once we are comfortable and dogs are comfortable with me after a few appointments at least.

  • I require a 2 hr window of arrival. Due to nature of working with animals & navigating around traffic.

  • Appointment slots are an estimated time of arrival. I will be keeping clients updated day of if I am running early or behind.

  • Appointments time frame varies from dog to dog. they sometimes require more time due to being nervous, young, senior, difficult , matted or impacted undercoat. I never hurry a dog as I aim to groom safely and build a relationship with dog and to create a positive experience

  • Dogs must be ready with their own leash on a collar or harness at arrival. I do provide a slip lead but since they don’t know me just yet, it makes it easier. Making sure they have pottied and poo’d before is important as well.

  • If I have to re wash dogs due to pooping or peeing during their grooming session additional fees to their groom may apply due to having to re wash again . This can be a result of not getting to go poo or potty , but at times nervous dogs can tend to do it.

  • Scheduling is based on location. I navigate my schedule based on the location I build , I aim to keep each distance under 20 mins from each appointment.
